AM I locked in a contract?

Do my hours roll over if I don't use them one month?
Yes. You can rollover up for 6 months. After 6 months the hours will expire.

Any question that I can answer over email, without having to log in to the backend of your website.
Why do I need this?
You need this if you are in a point in your business where you rather spend more time getting clients and delegating technical tasks to an expert.
