How I Use AI to Create Consistent Content (Without Losing My Voice)

A few years ago, I was spending hours on content. I mean like… legit 1–2 hours just trying to write a caption or script a video. And then, even after posting it? Nothing. Crickets.

It felt like all this energy was going nowhere.
No return on time. No leads. Just me and my Canva templates, wondering what I was doing wrong.

Here’s Exactly How I Use AI to Create Consistent Content for My Business:

This is my real process — the same one I use to show up consistently on YouTube, Instagram, and in my email list without burning out.

Step 1: I Brain Dump My Ideas

I take time to think about:

What I’m feeling
What my ideal client needs to hear
What’s been coming up in coaching calls or DMs

I don’t filter it. I just voice note it all using an app called VoicePal by Ali (not an affiliate — I just love it).

Step 2: AI Helps Me Organize My Thoughts

I copy that messy voice note transcription and drop it into ChatGPT.
Then I ask it to organize it into a script that:

Flows like I’m talking
Makes sense for a video or email
Builds on previous content

This is how I created my current YouTube mini-series, by the way. I gave ChatGPT my raw ideas and asked it to organize them into a sequence that made sense for you — my dream client — to move from one step to the next.

Step 3: Record, Edit, Publish

Once I have the script:

I record the video (just me, no fancy editing)
I use Descript to quickly trim it
I post it straight to YouTube
…and then repurpose the script into:
- My newsletter
- My blog post (like this one!)
- 5+ Instagram posts

So now? I get way more mileage out of every idea — with way less effort.

Step 4: I Organize It All In Notion

This part changed my life.
I plan when I’m:

Batching scripts
Filming
Editing
Publishing

All in Notion. And because AI can also help me move things around in my calendar, I don’t waste time second-guessing what I’m supposed to be doing and when.
