I’m looking for a Part-time Virtual Assistant who can manage my WordPress blog, and take care of my social media profiles, to help me grow my web design business.
Pay Rate: $25 – $35 /Hour
10-20 Hours /Month depending on work load for that month
Please apply for this position if:
You’re available Monday – Fridays 10 am – 2 pm EST and at least 5 hours per week.
You understand modern marketing and how to create marketing strategies that are effective to grow an online business.
Your an A+ team player.
You are able to anticipate problems ahead of time and come to me with possible solutions.
You’re conversational and not afraid to ask questions when needed.
You have excellent tech skills.
You have experience running social media content with other online entrepreneurs.
You’re always on time for meetings and make sure that deadlines are met.
You understand how to create a social media strategy that propels a business forward and how to execute on that social media plan effectively.
You value honesty, integrity and professionalism.
Skills preferred for this position:
- Basic Knowledge of WordPress
- Extensive knowledge of social media marketing (Facebook and Instagram)
- Eye for design
- Knowledge of how to run an online business
- Based in New York or Eastern Time zone
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Proofreading blog posts
- Doing SEO Keyword Research
- Doing Hashtag research
- Scheduling Blog posts on WordPress
- Scheduling blog posts on social media
- Creating social media posts for blogs
- Creating quotes/engagement posts on canvas
- Creating Facebook/IG story posts
- Schedule blog post on ConvertKit
- Proofread and schedule all emails for the promotional campaign
- Manage SM profiles
- Create automation sequences on Convertkit
- And other miscellaneous tasks
