If your marketing feels chaotic and inconsistent… here’s the rhythm I use to attract clients without burning out.
There were seasons where I would wake up, hit the ground running, post with confidence, show up, talk about my offer like it was second nature. And then boom—I’d get a few clients. I’d go into full delivery mode. And forget about my marketing altogether.
I wasn’t doing it on purpose. I just thought: let me do a good job, let me overdeliver, let me pour into them because they trusted me.
But by the time I came up for air, my leads were gone. I’d post again, try to be visible again, try to get back in the game. And it worked… until it didn’t. Because the cycle always repeated.
Feast. Famine. Burnout. Repeat.
For a long time, I thought I was the problem. Maybe I wasn’t consistent enough. Maybe I didn’t want it bad enough. Maybe I was just lazy.
But none of that was true.
I wasn’t lazy. I was just building from chaos.
I didn’t have structure. I didn’t have a rhythm I could trust. I didn’t have a marketing plan that could carry me through the hard days, the tired days, the real-life days.
What I did have was hope.
Hope that if I posted something, someone would inquire.
Hope that energy would show up when I needed it.
Hope that I could figure it out eventually.
And while I believe in hope—let’s be clear—hope is not a marketing strategy.
Back then, I was working 4pm to midnight shifts in the ER. Mornings were supposed to be my time to work on my business. But instead, I used them to knock out client work. I responded to what was loudest, what felt most urgent.
I kept telling myself, “If I was just more motivated, I’d stay consistent.”
But it wasn’t motivation I needed.
I needed a map.
I needed rhythm.
I needed structure that felt honest to my life.
So I stopped chasing hype. I stopped chasing energy. I built a rhythm I could repeat—even when I didn’t feel like it. Especially when I didn’t feel like it.
And let me tell you—that changed everything.
It gave me space.
It brought back my confidence.
It separated my feelings from my marketing.
Now this is the exact rhythm I help my clients build inside my 1:1 Marketing Intensive.
We don’t build strategies that live in a dusty Google Doc.
We build marketing systems that fit your actual bandwidth.
We clarify your message, build content you can repurpose, and create a rhythm you can trust.
You don’t need to post every single day to get results.
You don’t need to be “on” all the time.
You just need structure that aligns with your season of life.
That’s what happened with my client Kimberly. When she came to me, she said:
“I know what I want. I’m just tired of not knowing what to do next.”
She was everywhere. Five platforms. Following all the marketing “rules.” Still not booking clients.
Together, we simplified her message, focused her visibility on one platform, and created content her audience could binge.
And you know what she told me weeks later?
“I’m not spiraling anymore. I know exactly what to do each week.”
That’s the power of structure.
That’s what creates consistency.
Not motivation. Not hustle. Not energy.

You just need a system you can trust.
And that’s what we’ll build—together.
