I’m an organizing freak! Well, let me tell you how bad it is. I’m the type of person that needs to have everything in place before I sit down and start working on my business. I think about the minimum thing to put on my calendar. I even schedule when I’m going to eat, and when I’ll take a break or a shower. You must be thinking “I’m nuts!” right.
Some people might say that being too organized can drive you crazy. But I believe it’s what keeps me on track and what helps me move forward.
I had to let you know the benefits of being organized, cause there’s no way I can function when everything is just a total mess around me.
Here are the four benefits behind a well organized self.
- Organizing yourself lowers your cortisol levels which is a stress hormone that messes up your immune system. Your well being is important.
- Getting organized gives you a peace of mind, because you’ll be clear on what your tasks looks like beforehand.
